Charger pride was in full force as Churchill celebrated it’s 50th anniversary.

For 50 years, Churchill High School has delivered excellence in education and community leadership, creating traditions that carry on today through its students and tens of thousands of alumni. The school’s 50th anniversary celebration gave the Charger family an opportunity to celebrate the positive impact Churchill graduates have made in the San Antonio community and beyond.

Chargers in attendance were able to take a walk down “Memory Lane” where 50 years of Churchill treasures were on display.

On October 27, the Churchill High School Charger Nation gathered to celebrate this huge event involving students, alumni, special guests and performances. The Churchill Charger family was able to take a walk down “Memory Lane” in the gym where 50 years of Churchill treasures were on display. Then, a Charger Traditions Pep Rally featured performances from the marching band and spirit groups in addition to special guests, videos from national, state and local leaders, student and alumni performances, and the Inaugural Distinguished Alumni Class Recognition Ceremony.
